Valka: "I've just heard from Gobber. He says that he has something urgent to tell you about my son ... our chief. Can you speak with Gobber and see what this is about?"
1- Speak with Gobber
2- Speak to the Headmaster
3- Find the blade
4- Talk to Phlegma
Phlegma: "I'd love to pitch in! Hiccup is such a great asset to the school. He can have this handle. I made it out of a sturdy, beautiful elm tree, back when I was a fearsome warrior. Elm wood is often pliant and resistant to decay!"
Item: 1 Axe Handle
Gobber: "Great job getting it all together! Bring it back to me so I can get started on my handiwork."
5- Deliver axe parts to Gobber
6- Deliver 6 ears of corn to Gobber
Gobber: "Yes! That's just what I wanted! That's a good reward for a good job done, if I can say so myself. Here's the axe."
Item: 1 Battle Axe
Gobber: "I think its one of my best work, but I want to make sure it fits my friend's needs. Cane you take the axe over to Valka and ask her opinion? After all, her husband had the last one!"
7- Speak with Valka at Berk
Valka: "Oh my! Doesn't that look just ... sharp. Well, I suppose a blunt battle axe wouldn't be much of a battle axe. I don't know if it suits Hiccup, but tradition is tradition.
There's no point in dallying! Please give this to Hiccup."
8- Give Hiccup the Battle Axe
Hiccup: "A battle axe? I don't even know if I could lift this thing, let alone swing it in combat. I'm going to need to have a word with Gobber. It's appreciated, but maybe we could start some new traditions instead of sticking to outdated ones."
